Welcome, availability and kindness of the host will make your holiday wonderful. Capacity: 3 Rates: 750.00 Weekly / Monthly 2. Double Room (Nice Room) with Shared bathroom Very nice, bright and clean room, in the most beautiful and charming neighborhoods of Rome: Trastevere. Welcome, availability and kindness of the host will make your holiday wonderful. Capacity: 2 Rates: 650.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: I accept payment by bank transfer, PayPal or cash. I ask for a 25% advance to protect me from any cancellations. Regarding the cancellation policy I am sticking to the Homestay rules. In Rome you pay the tourist tax. €6 per night per person. You can pay in cash during check-in.
