A quiet and welcoming room in the heart of Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, a 20-minute walk from the Colosseum. Located next door are typical restaurants, a pharmacy, and a supermarket. The room has a mezzanine level with a work area and a single sofa bed, ideal for those who want to sleep separately or stay longer. Cleaning: €10/week beyond the first week. 1920s building. 3.7m high ceilings, completely renovated. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a well-equipped kitchen. I almost always live alone at home; my daughter studies in Scotland. The bedroom has a double bed, a mezzanine level used as a study, a desk, a wardrobe, a TV, and Wi-Fi. The private bathroom is opposite the bedroom. There's also a piano in the house for any pianists! The kitchen is only available for breakfast and for guests staying at least 3 nights.
