LANDLORD POLICIES After your booking is confirmed, this landlord will send you an e-mail called MEMO DOCUMENTS requesting a copy of your ID and Codice Fiscale, and a printed and digital copy of some other documents. One or two weeks before check-in, the landlord will send you a second e-mail called MEMO FIRST PAYMENT, where all the costs of the First Payment will be indicated.
