Cozy room in city center

I have two extra rooms, one extra bathroom and one extra kitchen for my guests in my apartment. Yes I have two kitchens! I can guarantee safety, privacy and tranquility. The location is perfect because it is well connected to anywhere in the city and walking distance to Colosseum, basilicas and Termini Station. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Sofia Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 500.00 Weekly / Monthly 2. Double Room (Aurora Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 500.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: No smocking No parties Silence hours from 10.30 pm to 7.30 am Cash payment upon arrival The municipal tax of 6 euros per night per guest is not included. You pay it to the municipality, I only do the transfer, up to ten days, so it is maximum 60 euros if you stay one month. There is an extra charge for final cleanings of 20 euros I need to register your passport to the authorities it is mandatory for me by law For reservations longer than one week there will be a cleaning and change of linen each week (10 euros each time). It is not allowed to let people who are not registered in the house. You can use a kitchen dedicated exclusively to my guests (I use another one) so it is very important to leave it just as you found it after using it, as well as the other common spaces: bathroom and dining room. It is not possible to use the hoven. There are not daily cleanings, you have to take care of your space. We take off our shoes coming in.
