MojoCoHouse – Coliving in the Heart of Palermo We are a creative coliving space that blends hospitality, art, and community in the very center of Palermo’s historic old town. Set inside a beautifully renovated building, it’s a home for remote workers, artists, and travelers looking to connect with local culture and like-minded people. We offer three independent flats and ten private rooms, each with its own bathroom. You’ll find a comfortable workspace for remote work, plus inviting common areas — including a sunny terrace for shared meals and aperitivo moments. Just a short walk away, we run SpazioSolazzo, our cultural and social hub. During the day it’s a cozy spot to work, relax, or meet others, and in the evenings it transforms into a lively community space hosting jam sessions, acoustic living-room concerts, and art exhibitions. Both Mojo residents and locals gather there, creating a welcoming mix of cultures and creative energy. This is a place of art and culture, in collaboration with the non-profit cultural association CaravanSerai. We organize a Jam Session once a week, along with several tiny home concerts and workshops at the Co-House. We provide community spaces for co-working, as well as rooms for practicing music or studying, and we encourage our guests to get to know one another. Yes, it is possible to work from the focus room or the meeting room, equipped with desks, printers, internet, and electrical sockets. Yes, but there is an extra cost of 5% on the monthly rate, and we should be informed before in order to offer the most suitable solution for the case. You will share space with open-minded people, digital nomads, artists, and travellers. Yes, it is possible to split the cost of the rent. The additional rate applies if an extra bed is requested. You are allowed to move in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate. If you wish to move out late, you are free to use our communal areas. It is possible but will need to be discussed with the host to verify room availability. It’s enough that you accept our <a href="/terms/residents" target="_blank">Residents Terms</a>. 100% online - no paperwork needed. Some hosts have contracts that you need to sign before moving in in case you wish to commit to a long-term stay. A brief presentation about yourself is enough to know what your expectations are and understand if our co-living reality suits what you are looking for! Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected. Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight. Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions. It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. The usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own. The city tax for a person is 2€ per night just for the first 4 days. Extra beds and pets have an extra cost of 5% of the monthly rent. Changing of sheets and towels and cleaning of the room is planned once every 7 days. If you want extra cleaning, you will be charged extra costs. The common areas come fully furnished. Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential. You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy. No. We just provide coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and water. You will have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food. There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience. Entire and deep cleaning is carried out every week, including linen and towel changes. We would expect and appreciate it that you clean up after yourself if you make any excessive mess. We have laundry machines available to everyone. Common spaces include the iconic terrace, a small shared kitchen with utensils and (of course!) an espresso machine, and a versatile room to work, relax, eat together, and more. There are also two rooms dedicated specifically to work or study, which we call the focus room and the meeting room. Our dedicated office space is located on the first floor and includes: - High speed internet - Private meeting room - Scanner and printer - Dedicated reception desks - Coffee and tea corner - Kitchenette Yes, we do host groups or retreats. It depends on various factors, such as the seasonal period, and cannot be predicted with accuracy. Winter is usually less experienced than spring or autumn. In summer, however, there are short-terms, and we do not accept long stays. On average, there are 4 or 5 long-term co-livers. Yes, there are two people who manage the structure to whom you can refer. We welcome people from everywhere, but we mostly have people from all over Europe. For long-term stays, the initial average is one month, but there is the possibility of extending to longer stays. Yes, you can lock your bedroom door. We take your safety very seriously. We screen both our staff and residents, provide 24-hour security, and register and document every stayer. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day. The central station can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, and the co-house is located in the heart of Palermo. However, there are buses and normal transport services. The airport is about 40 minutes by car from the center of Palermo. There are numerous and varied clubs and pubs and a lively nightlife, as well as places of culture such as museums and theatres, and depending on the season also concerts and art exhibitions. The nature around is very beautiful and rich, and the climate is often favorable for excursions and trekking if you are a nature lover. The sea is part of the city, and there are beautiful spots to visit and enjoy.
