Check-in time: The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. - 30euro. Final Cleaning Service: You may have to pay a fine starting from 30euro if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment i.e. floor, furniture, etc. in good conditions leave the kitchen clean hob with no meal leftovers and/or dishes and tableware to wash dispose of trash properly. Utilities: The utilities are included up to a maximum daily amount in order to respect the environment. Rules: Smoke is forbidden even with open windows. Electronic cigarettes are not allowed as well. Any kind of drug is forbidden. It is forbidden to host during the night people who havent checked in.
