Tourist visa not accepted to sign the contract. A valid passport and tax code are required to register the contract. If the signatory is a company, the rent will be increased by 30. The contract can be provided with a leasing period of up to 18 months, so in case of longer stays, it can be renewed. In case of early termination of the lease, an additional cost of 100 euros and a notice of 30 to 60 days is required, depending on the duration of the lease.
