Comfortable flat with balcony

I'm born and raised in the area and now I live alone in a 98mq apartment with two bathroom and two huge balcony, a lot of sun and light. The house is 10 min walking from Crescenzago MM station, or 20 min from Gorla MM Station, also the Martesana canal and its park are just 5-10 min walking. I speak fluently english and italian, and i know a little spanish and portuguese. I'm a graphic designer therefore sometimes i might be working from home when i don't have meetings or needs to reach my studio. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Double bedroom) with Shared bathroom Cozy Room with access to balcony with a small chill/living area, it has a sofa that turns into a double bed, the materass is very comfy and the sofa is new (bought less than a year ago!).
