Our space in Matera is a 4 floor house of 220 squared meters perfect for a comfortable stay while focusing on your project. ?? Accommodation -We offer three double rooms, which can also be used as single rooms. They are perfect for two friends, partners, or solo travelers. -We also have one shared quadruple room (perfect for work teams or groups of friends, available at a more affordable rate). -Each room includes a dedicated desk with a lamp for private, focused work. ?? Bathrooms and Utilities -We have four bathrooms, one on each floor. They are shared but modern, well-maintained, and cleaned daily by our team. -We also provide a washing machine and a dryer for guest use. ????? The city is surrounded by a canyon ideal for hiking, cycling, mountain biking, horseback riding, and more. It is also only 30 minutes (by car) from the beautiful beaches of the Ionian coast. 15 minutes (by car or train) from Altamura. 1 hour (by car) from Itria Valley and the Lucanian Dolomites Park (where you can experience the Flight of the Angel). There is a little cinema in the center, and a bigger one 15 minutes by car. The city is full of cultural associations that organise a large number of activities, such as gaming, hikes, and yoga sessions. We are part of great network of associations and we can connect you with many local communities linked to your passions. Yes, Matera is full of restaurants where you can taste local products or eat Italian food. We can suggest some places if you have any particular requests! P.S. . Some shops also offer our guests a special discount. Our coliving is near the bus stop. Every 30 minutes, there is a bus that goes to the center and vice versa. If you need to reach bari airport or the train station, you can take the little train named "Ferrovie Appulo Lucane" (there is a stop just 5 minutes from us) It is in Bari. 1 hour by car, 2 hour with public transport (bus or the little local train station " Ferrovie Appulo Lucane"). Yes, for us, it is a pleasure to work alongside new friends. No, the cleaning is included in the rent. Every week, but in general, we work to keep the space in order and clean every day. yes! The kitchen, the main coworking space, and little areas between the rooms Yes, the kitchen is the soul of our house! Every guest can use it to cook his/her own food and have a meal when they prefer, or we can coordinate to share a meal cooking together. We also organize a monthly community meal! Yes!
