Super central two-bedroom apartment

Large and welcoming apartment located in the historic district of Santa Croce, in the heart of the historic center of Florence. It consists of two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a large living area divided between the living room and the kitchen and two bathrooms with shower. The apartment is perfect for a family or a group of friends as it can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. There's a set price for water bills of €35 per month, however if the bill overcomes this set price, the guest is required to pay for the difference. Internet is €30 per month. Guests are required to pay for Florence tourist tax (€4 per night for seven nights at most) to be paid in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 are exempt.
