Comfortable apartment for rent a few steps from Ponte Vecchio. San Giorgio Flat is located in a very beautiful and quiet area of the historic center of Florence off the beaten track by tourists but a stone's throw from all the main attractions of the city. The apartment is located on the fifth floor, with lift, of a delightful historic building in Costa San Giorgio. San Giorgio Flat consists of a double bedroom with dining area, a small kitchen and a complete bathroom with shower and bidet. Very bright and fully furnished, the apartment enjoys a pleasant view over the rooftops of Florence and is equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection. Meter readings will be taken at the beginning and end of your stay to calculate the amounts due. For stays longer than two months we will ask the guest to send us the meter reading monthly, so that you do not have to pay a high value at the end, thus being able to have your consumption under control. Please note: The admin fee also includes the final cleaning which is to be paid upon check-in. There's a set price for water, gas, and electricity bills of €80 per month, however if the bills overcome this set price, the guest is required to pay for the difference.
