We are a family of 4. Husband and wife, two teenage children and Juno the dog. We live in a quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood, in a newly renovated house. It is 1 km to the local village with all amenities, 3-minute walk to the train station linking to the City Centre in 12-minute; 5-minute walk to a large park (500 acres) with food market each Saturday. 2 kms to the coast and easy access by train to fishing villages with pubs and restaurants, cliff and hill walking, etc. Guests can use the kitchen to prepare their own meals... Single occupancy = Females only please We welcome students, those moving to Dublin for work, etc. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Guest room ) with Shared bathroom Newly refurbished, newly decorated. We encourage guest to to make themselves at home. We are a busy household and up early during the week. We offer a safe, quiet and friendly environment for our guests to enjoy. Our home would suit a young professional or mature student. Payment for the full duration of stay must be paid on arrival. Additional Info: We live in a newly renovated house (B1 Rating) located 12 minutes from Dublin City Centre by train. Trains arrive every 10 minutes. We are just 3 stops from the central station. We are also within easy reach of nice towns to visit such as Howth and Malahide. Our house is 20 minutes to Dublin Airport by car. We are a 5-7 minute walk to a supermarket, banks, a library, pubs, a bakery and coffee shops. There is a beautiful park 5 minutes walk, which includes a running track, rose gardens and a food market each Saturday.
