Live in a lovely suburb village with my Husband and Son. Our house is a nice size of five bedrooms, very comfortable, with no pets. Five minute walk to village with a wide choice of buses to city centre only 8km away. Also a bus ride away from Maynooth college also. Lucan village is a great area to stay and very safe. Please note that upon arrival, together with the first month’s payment, we require an additional monthly payment as a security deposit. In the event of shortening your stay or cancelling the booking, this amount is non-refundable. However, it may be used to cover the last month of your stay. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Front room) with Shared bathroom Single room for 1 person, it is on the first floor in the front of the house. Capacity: 1 Rates: 200.00 Weekly / 850.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Double bedroom to the back of house.) with Shared bathroom This is a nice size double room. On the first floor at back of house Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 875.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking, no pets and treat with TLC and enjoy your stay. Additional Info: I only take students in college.
