Music-loving house !!! I have always hosted guests because I love meeting new people. I am a primary school teacher. I am also a pianist! My home is ideal for the guest who wants independence but not anonymity! You will feel right at home here. *Please note: I only accept long term Student/Professional Female bookings* Room(s): 1. Single Room (Double room x1 person) with Shared bathroom Beautiful single warm cosy room. You will be very comfortable in this room Capacity: 1 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: Please keep my home secure and lock the front door when leaving the house and returning. Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you. Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after! Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm please! Please do not invite strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over for a visit, just agree on it with me in advance. No overnight guests allowed. Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home! Additional Info: Payment in full is on arrival. I find this the best way as it avoids all problems.
