We live in a quiet cul-de-sac in an area with wonderful local amenities. We are a family of two. Our home is quiet. Room(s): 1. Twin Room (Loft suite) with Ensuite bathroom The room has a double and a single bed. It is bright and comfortable. Capacity: 2 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Access to kitchen or laundry facilities is not possible. Payment is by cash only and is due at check in. Should a guest cancel within 24 hours of arrival, the cost of the first night is due in full. No children under 10. No pets. No smoking. Please keep noise to a minimum after 11 p.m. Guests can avail of tea/ coffee making facilities in the rooms. Breakfast is not provided. Check in is between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. or by arrangement.
