We are a friendly young family offering a “home from home” experience with a warm Yorkshire welcome. We live on the outskirts of the city, with access to the ringroad and the A64. There are a variety of local pubs, restaurants and takeaways within walking distance. A short walk away, there is a bus stop at the end of road offering different routes including city centre. We have two young boys, Henry 7 and Joseph 3yrs, life is busy and colourful! Never a dull moment. After recently converting our loft, we can now offer accommodation. We have two light & airy single bedrooms and private bathroom all on the same floor. Both rooms have plenty of storage, blackout blinds, hanging space, luxurious towels and facilities for making hot drinks. Hairdryer and iron are available on request. I can provide homecooked meals and drinks as an extra service. My husband and I were both brought up in the hospitality industry and enjoy welcoming people into our home. We have extensive knowledge on the City and surrounding areas and will be more than happy to help guests enjoy and make the most of their time here. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1 yellow ) with Shared bathroom This room is a light airy loft room, with two velux windows with built in blackout blinds. It has been newly built and tastefully decorated. It has hot drink making facilities and Amazon Prime fire stick tv. Cot available to hire. Capacity: 1 Rates: 210.00 Weekly / 900.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Bedroom 2 blue ) with Shared bathroom This is a light airy fresh looking bedroom. Newly built and tastefully decorated. Blackout blinds, hot drink making facilities and NOW box tv. Cot available for hire. Capacity: 1 Rates: 210.00 Weekly / 900.00 Monthly House Rules: We request that noise is kept to a minimum in the guest room after 10pm and be respectful that we have a young family. We request that all stairgates are kept closed to ensure the safety of our smallest child.
