Lovely room for students

Our house locates in Sutton, south of London, about 30minutes from central London. It comprises of 4 guest bedrooms, 2 double and 2 single bedrooms, ideally located in the centre of Sutton and within walking distance of Sutton grammar school, high street and train station, making it easy to explore the shops in Sutton and city of London. Only me and my wife are living in the house. *Please keep in mind that we require our guests to submit us a copy of their ID before check-in by email, which will be provided once the booking is confirmed online. Please send us a video message introducing yourself and explaining the reason for your trip. 1. Bathroom is shared on first floor. On the ground floor, there are kitchen, dinning room and breakfast room. 2. We only accept those who don't cook in the kitchen but can use a microwave. 3. We speak Chinese and English, like to play badminton. 4. We accept students only or graduates but not for those over 25 years old or under 18 years old. 5.
