## About Me Hello, I’m Hayley, and I’m a friendly, welcoming and easy-going host. I enjoy meeting new people and creating a comfortable, relaxed home environment where guests can feel at ease. I live on my own in my home, along with my two beautiful Ragdoll cats, Jasper and Archie. They are both very friendly and are an important part of the household. I’m sociable and enjoy keeping busy, but I also appreciate having a peaceful and comfortable home. I’m happy to have a chat over a cup of tea, while also respecting guests’ privacy and personal space. I take pride in keeping my home clean, comfortable and welcoming, and I would be delighted to host someone who is looking for a friendly home-from-home during their stay. **A little about me:** I enjoy socialising, organising events and spending time with friends and family. Double Room (The Pink Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 200.00 Weekly / 650.00 Monthly House Rules: ## Homestay House Rules To help make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, I kindly ask guests to follow these simple house rules: * **Respect the home:** Please treat the house, furniture and belongings with care. * **Keep shared areas tidy:** Please clean up after yourself, particularly in the kitchen and bathroom. * **Kitchen:** Please wash and put away your dishes after use and leave worktops clean. * **Noise:** Please keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly in the evening and at night. * **Guests:** Please do not invite other people into the home without checking with me first. * **Smoking:** No smoking or vaping inside the house. * **Security:** Please make sure doors and windows are secure when leaving or going to bed. * **Bathroom:** Please leave the bathroom clean and tidy after use and be mindful of water usage. * **Pets:** I have two Ragdoll cats, Jasper and Archie. Please do not feed them or let them outside. * **Personal belongings:** Please keep your belongings safely in your room and respect other people's property. * **Laundry:** Please agree suitable times for using the washing machine and avoid leaving clothes in the machine. * **Food:** Please label or keep personal food items together in the agreed fridge/cupboard space. * **Consideration:** Please be respectful, friendly and considerate of everyone in the household. * **Communication:** If anything is damaged, broken or causing a problem, please let me know as soon as possible so we can sort it out. ### Most importantly I want you to feel **comfortable, safe and welcome** in my home. These rules are simply to make sure we can enjoy a happy and respectful homestay together.
