Our beautifully designed communal kitchens are created to support multiple users simultaneously without compromise on convenience. You may host only one Overnight Guest at any one time for a maximum of 14 days per calendar month. It’s generally accepted that no more than 3 nights a week is acceptable for overnight guests. Make sure your guests fully understand all rules and regulations of your home as you have accepted full responsibility for the actions and behaviour as part of your tenancy agreement. Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions while they are in your home so you are strongly advised to ensure that your guests do not leave their possessions unattended at any time.It is a common courtesy to inform other housemates if you have the occasional overnight guest. We have a maintenance team who will always try to sort out any issues as soon as they are reported. In some instances, we do have to prioritise repairs depending on their urgency; however, we aim to get all issues solved within 48 hours unless they require specialist advice or parts. While this is location dependent, the vast majority of our homes provide abundant onsite parking. There is no additional charge for this facility and parking is provided on a first come first served basis. No. Our homes are designed for single use of the room or studio. We provide both washing machine and tumble dryers for free for your convenience. We are animal lovers, but we are unable to cater for pets.
