Hi I'm a young at heart 49 year old female working f/t in healthcare. I live alone - no children or pets. I have a 3 bedroomed house with 2 bathrooms. Good travel links to various Uni locations around the city, via bus and tram. Bus at end of road and tram a 15 min walk. Room 1 (£24 per night) offered, with single bed, digital TV, desk, chair, wardrobe and drawers. The room has Its own private bathroom for your sole use ( not ensuite) with shower, sink, wc , bath and fan. All towels and bedding are provided including a spare change of bedding/towels. Breakfast and evening meal will be provided 7 days a week and * this is included in the price*. On Saturday and Sunday lunch will also be provided. Your laundry will be done once a week (or more often if required). This is all included in the room rate. Dining room, garden. I like to live a quiet peaceful life so definitely no party animals please! House is on a good bus route, bus stop is a 2 minute walk (bus stop at end of road), approx 20 minute bus journey to city centre, also 15 min walk to the tram stop which stops at various University buildings. Bulwell train station is 15 minute walk away. Good links to various Uni locations around the city, via bus and tram. My interests are the countryside, walking, gym, running, films and travel. Single Room (Room 2) with Ensuite bathroom Double bed, drawers, desk and chair, hanging rail and tv. Bed linen/towels included. Ensuite has wc/sink/shower. Included in the rate is breakfast / dinner 7 days a week. On Saturdays and Sunday's it includes breakfast, sandwich lunch and dinner. Capacity: 1 Rates: 200.00 Weekly / 750.00 Monthly House Rules: No guests or overnight guests without permission. Quiet after 11pm Sunday to Thursday evenings please. No smoking.
