double rooms available large house

I am a secondary school teacher and live with a friend in a 4 bedroom house. Very quiet clean and short bus ride to city which is 3km away. QMC hospital and Nottingham University Jubilee Campus is nearby also. There are 2 Double rooms available in a large 4 bedroom detached house with parking facilities, lockable bike store and large private back garden with seating area. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and 2 ovens, washing machine gas central heating, downstairs w.c. and fully refurbished bathroom. There is wi fi and television in each bedroom with a double bed with memory foam mattress, mirror, wardrobe with hangers desk and chair at present the t.v is only freeview. Hairdryer and towels are provided. There is no sky multi room. There are 2 rooms available for family and friends type bookings. Payment should be made on arrival in either cash for short stays of less than 5 days or by PayPal for longer stays. Stays of more 3 days less than 21 days require you to send a £20 booking fee refundable if the stay is cancelled two weeks prior to your arrival date. For stays of one month or more a £100 deposit should be paid via PayPal or bank transfer to secure the booking. Again this is fully refundable if you cancel your stay two weeks prior to the arrival date. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Double room 1) with Shared bathroom This room is at the rear of the property overlooking a large private back garden. Capacity: 2 Rates: 165.00 Weekly / 550.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Bedroom 2) with Shared bathroom The room is a double room with real bed and recent.ly purchased memory foam mattress. It overlooks a very quiet back garden at the rear of the property Capacity: 2 Rates: 165.00 Weekly / 550.00 Monthly House Rules: Smoking not allowed at all in the house. Smoking permitted outside. No topless sunbathing in garden in summer. Check in after 4.30 pm as I work Sorry I do NOT accept babies or infants as I work and do not want a baby crying at night when I have to get up early sorry. There may be charge of £5 for earlier check in by apt only and a charge of £10 for check in after 10.30 pm No showers to be used after 10pm or washing machine Washing machine use not permitted for stays of less than 3 days unless emergency Cooking in the kitchen should be finished by 9pm No friends allowed in the property Payment should be made at time of booking via PayPal or bank transfer for stays of less than 3 nights or your booking may not be honoured. If you cannot do this please contact me. Payment for stays over 3 days but less than one month require a £50 deposit which is non refundable if you wish to cancel and the balance to be paid on arrival. . For longer stays of more than one month I will require a deposit of £100 to secure the booking which is fully refundable up to two weeks before the arrival date should you need to cancel.
