Stay with Zara and Peter in our home in Manchester. We have 1 Single with Desk. We have lots of varied interests; music, gigs, festivals and sports. Zara is 30. She speaks English and enjoys sports Peter is 29. He speaks English and enjoys music, gigs, festivals Zara has 3 children living at home. We live in a very busy area with local shops takeaways parks and local bus routes available also train station is near me. The bus to city centre is only 15-20 minutes away from my house and regular buses. The 192 bus. My pets are not allowed in any bedrooms, they have their own space. So dont worry! Room(s): 1. Single Room (Single room) with Shared bathroom This bedroom is comfortable and on the ground floor. Has a single size bed And natural sunlight. Capacity: 1 Rates: 120.00 Weekly / 480.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Room) with Shared bathroom Clean spacious room Capacity: 1 Rates: 150.00 Weekly / 500.00 Monthly House Rules: Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house Only one shower per day not more than this. Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you No outdoor shoes allowed to be worn inside the house. Remove shoes when you enter the house. Please bring clean slippers or wear socks at home. No cooking allowed. But you can use the microwave to warm meals. Cold sandwiches can be made. Keep your bedroom and bathroom extra clean please as I am extra clean and the house must be clean as my children live here too. Make your beds every morning and open the window, but close the window when you leave the house. Please pay the amount you owe me on arrival . No excuse and no delays with the money. Keep noise to a minimum after 9pm please Please do not invite strangers into our home. Checkout is 11am. Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!
