We are a friendly and welcoming LGBTQ household offering a comfortable, well-kept home just minutes from Manchester city centre. You’ll be staying in a modern double room within our lived-in home, shared with myself, my partner, and one long-term lodger. Our home provides a relaxed, clean, and comfortable environment that combines the feel of a homestay with the standards of a well-managed space. It’s ideal for both short city stays and longer visits where you want something more personal than a hotel. We also have three Weimaraner dogs who are part of the home. They are very friendly and well-behaved, so guests should be comfortable around dogs. We’re easygoing and approachable hosts — happy to chat, offer local recommendations, or help with anything you need during your stay. At the same time, we fully respect your privacy if you prefer a quieter, independent stay. The house has a calm, respectful atmosphere and suits guests who are tidy and considerate. Whether you’re visiting for work, events, or exploring Manchester, it’s a comfortable and welcoming base. We’re located around 10 minutes from Manchester city centre, with excellent transport links including a Metrolink stop just a short walk away. Free on-street parking is available. This is a shared household, so please be mindful of noise, especially late at night. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am. Please clean up after yourself in shared areas such as the kitchen and bathroom. No parties or events are allowed. Only guests included in the booking are permitted in the property unless agreed in advance. Smoking is permitted — please be respectful of others in the home. We have three friendly dogs in the home, so guests must be comfortable around animals. Please respect the home and treat it as you would your own.
