A lovely room with a double bed in a modern apartment near to Gatley train station. 10 minutes to the city centre and 6 minutes to the airport. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. Free secure parking. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Strictly NO SMOKING please. Check in can be arranged between 7pm and 10pm at a MUTUALLY agreed time. It may also be possible to check in early or later than these times for an additional £10. Please enquire. Please respect my property as much as you would do in your own home. Quiet time is between 11pm and 7am. In order to maintain the apartment in a good state of cleanliness and tidiness please clean and tidy the kitchen and other shared areas after use. Check out is 9 am, although late check out may be available for an additional £10. Please enquire. The rent must be paid within 24 hours of a confirmed booking via bank transfer. A £10 refundable cleaning deposit per person is required to be payed within 24 hours of a confirmed booking. No additional guests unless agreed to in advance. Any violation of this rule will result in the immediate removal of all guests (and any visitors) without a refund. The cost to replace any lost or damaged keys is £15 per key.
