Spacious, beautiful ensuite double bedroom in safe neighbourhood

Our lovely Edwardian house is completely refurbished and the room is very light and on a separate floor. Our previous Homestay guests have loved it here. We enjoy hosting a lot. Nya and Derek (Husband and wife in our late 30s/early 40s). Plus Anna the cat. I am English and have lived in London all my life. Derek is originally from New Zealand and settled her over 20 years ago. We are very happy, friendly and easy going. Lovely, refurbished Edwardian house with double, spacious, new room on top floor with ensuite shower. You are welcome to use the main bathroom with huge shower and bath tub too. Unlimited wireless broadband available. Lovely garden to sit in. Smoking is ok outside the house. Free use of washing machine and when necessary dryer, all facilities etc. Airport pick up includes Heathrow or nearby train station (as long as we are free - do please arrange in advance of booking your flights). Other airports or pick ups, are an extra charge. Price for one person is £30 per night and for a double room (a couple or parent/child or close friends) it is £22 each person per night. Our offering does not include meals and we prefer for you to have full use of the kitchen whenever you need it. We can eat together or at different times, share a drink and a chat. We include tea, coffee, squash. The room has TV, radio, lots of space for your things, hairdryer, use of toiletries, linen and towels. Room cleaned and bed change weekly. Private English lessons available at £15 per hour but we can help you for free whilst we are talking each day. I am a London Relocation Specialist so can put together a tour for you for a few hours or a few days to make the most of your trip. Sunbury on Thames is a lovely, safe, convenient and desirable residential neighbourhood on the border of South West London. The train is a 10 minute walk (I can even drop when I am on the way) with direct trains to everything London has to offer. Very well situated and lots to see and do. We will give you a full information pack and as much help as possible plus ideas. Various universities, colleges and schools locally. Bus stop within a few minutes walk with buses to Hampton Court, Kingston (fantastic shopping centre), Royal Bushy Park etc. Windsor is also accessible on public transport. Walking distance to River Thames, shops and local amenities including leisure centre, cafe, pubs, few restaurants, library, grocery store, pharmacy, weekly market, parks.
