Private Bathroom: While not ensuite, you have exclusive use of a high-spec bathroom located directly opposite your room. It features a full-sized tub and a powerful shower. The host maintains a separate private bathroom, so this space is yours alone. About the Host & Environment As a Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor, I run my wellness business from the home and garden. Here are your revised Homestay Rules, professionally formatted and ready for your listing: Homestay Rules & Guest Guidelines Welcome to our home! To ensure a peaceful and high-quality environment for both my guests and my wellness clients, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules: 1. A Peaceful Wellness Environment Business Hours (7 AM – 8 PM): I run a Yoga and Personal Training business from the ground floor gym and the garden. While I don't use loud music, we ask for a quiet atmosphere during these times to respect the sessions. Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 7 AM. No Loud Media: Please use headphones for music or videos in all communal areas. 2. Using the Shared Spaces Kitchen & Dining: You are welcome to use the kitchen for light meals. There is a dedicated dining area (available 24/7) for your meals or laptop work. Cleanliness: Please wash, dry, and put away all dishes immediately after use. We take pride in keeping our granite surfaces and modern kitchen pristine. Living Room: You are welcome to relax in the lounge and use the TV. Bedroom Care: To keep the room fresh for future guests, we ask that you do not eat hot meals in the bedroom. 3. Safety & Compliance (2026 Standards) Fire Safety: Our home is equipped with interlinked smoke and heat alarms on every floor. Please do not leave devices (phones/laptops) charging on the bed or soft furnishings while you are out. Fire Risk Assessment: A copy of our Fire Risk Assessment is available in the welcome folder. Please familiarize yourself with the exit route. No Smoking/Vaping: This is a strictly smoke-free and vape-free home, including the garden. 4. Security & Visitors No Outside Guests: For the privacy of all residents and clients, visitors and overnight guests are not permitted. Key Security: You will be provided with a set of keys. If lost, a £50 replacement fee applies. Always double-lock the front door when entering or leaving. 5. Stay Logistics Duration: Maximum stay is 21 days (3 weeks). Check-Out: Please ensure the room is left tidy by 10 AM on your departure day.
