Single Room (Smaller bedroom) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 180.00 Weekly / 600.00 Monthly House Rules: We allow guests to smoke on our balcony. We allow bathing/showering in the evening up to 10pm. Guests can come and go as they please. We are flexible on most things; everything can be discussed and adjusted to accommodate our guests. Please remove and return all plates, bowls and utensils, prior to washing them up in the kitchen sink. please keep your room tidy and empty your waste bin daily. Our kitchen is open for guests to use from 7am until 8pm. We would appreciate our guests observing these basic rules. our main front door will be locked and secured at 12pm. We have been advised that our address must not be used to register with the local GP/Dentist and or Optician. We can provide a laundry service, however our guests must provide washing detergent and conditioner.
