Large Double Room in Friendly Flat

Hi a friendly and welcoming house where I like to chat and make the whole guest experience a memorable one. I would like to host a student or working person in my home near Camden Market. Its very near to the centre of London and its in a very nice street in Camden town a very lively area. You dont have to walk far to get to the buses or Tube. Its just me living there but I dont mind helping you with your English converstion as Im doing an online TEFL course at the moment. Theres a nice outside area where you can sit when the British Weather is ok. We do get some sunshine I like playing piano and singing and I like writing songs. I also speak some French and can understand a bit of Spanish. I run my own retail business and work from home and at Events. I can provide meals when Im there and cleaning service if required. Dinner is £5 and Breakfast is £4 I might even show you around London if you want when Im not working. Please note this that because of the recent outrageous increase in heating bills I schedule the heating to come on before you get up and before you get home. I also provide an extra heater, electric under blanket which are washed regularly) Cancellation Policy If you cancel 1 month before half of the fee will be payable 48 hours before 75% of the fee will be payable Less than 48 hours before 100% of the fee will be payable. Room(s): 1. Twin Room (The Camden Stay) with Shared bathroom A large double bedroom in the Heart of Camden Town near to Transport, Shops and Entertainment. Short bus ride to Central London. Outside area to have breakfast if sunny. Available for one or two people. Capacity: 2 Rates: 200.00 Weekly / 800.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking in the room theres a door in the room you can step outside to smoke. Minimum age 18 unless you are travelling with parents No flammable items like candles to be left burning. No loud music after 11pm and keep your Netlix low. No parties in the room. No overnight guests unless by prior arrangment. All damages should be paid for If you use the kitchen please clean your dishes after yourself. Apart from that Im quite easy going *CANCELLATION POLICY* If you are already staying and you change your mind the whole homestay 100% payment is payable. If you cancel a week before half of the fee will be payable Up to 48 hours before 50% of the fee will be payable. Less than 48 hours before 100% of the fee will be payable.
