I live in this 5 bedrooms house and let spare rooms out. there is large kitchen/dining room, a bathroom and separate toilet on 2nd floor, a shower and separate toilet on ground floor. Large bright double room on 1st floor of 3 storeys terraced house in Zone 3 Forest Hill SE23. Price is for 1 guest/night, extra charge for additional guest. Long stay over 3 months can be arranged, suits someone on long holiday or short course/work assignment in London. House is max 10 mins walk to Overground station, swimming pool, supermarket & another 2 mins walk to a nearby gym, bus stops. Household cleaning supplies, shower gel, shampoo, towels, beddings are provided. kitchen well equipped for cooking. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Large double bedroom) with Shared bathroom there at present two desks and chair for working from home, large double wardrobes I have 2 double rooms to let, 1 on 1st floor and 1 on 2nd floor, both are same size so if the 1st floor room not available then you would get the room on 2nd floor. Capacity: 2 Rates: 259.00 Weekly / 910.00 Monthly House Rules: quiet hours mid night to 7 am you'll share the Kitchen/dining, TV room, bathrooms, toilets with other guests You'll get a cupboard for groceries storage and own fridge, shared freezer space with other guests. Plastic food containers are provided for pack lunch for work etc but please reuse them, put them in dishwasher to wash. Please keep share areas/facilities clean and tidy. Water (cold/hot) supply throughout the house comes directly from the mains so its drinkable from any taps You can smoke in the rear garden but not indoor. the small front garden is mainly for rubbish bins and not part of this letting listing. the front porch is mainly for storage and again not part of this listing. the stairwell is my main storage space for bits and pieces and shoe rack, you may store your shoes, luggage in the space if required.
