We have a lovely, bright, double room available in a homely Victorian house, located just a five-minute walk from Tooting Broadway Underground Station (Zone 3), offering easy access to central London. The house is peaceful, spacious and friendly. You will be sharing with the landlord who is very laid back and one other lodger who also works at the hospital. We are very hospitable here and used to hosting medical staff from overseas. We are a stone's throw away from various supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes, and the location is very convenient for staff working at St George's Hospital, which is only a ten- minute walk away. The recently renovated house is a spacious, split-level property with its own garden. And the room comes equipped with a wardrobe as well as ample storage space. The room monthly price £900, includes bills and fortnightly cleaner. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Double room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 900.00 Monthly House Rules: No parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. No smoking, vaping or excessive drinking. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Dispose of rubbish in the designated council bins provided.
