Family-friendly semi-detached house located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with one room available for guests. Home is 5 minutes walk to the bus stop, 30 minutes bus ride to Hainault Station, and 15 minutes bus ride to Romford station. Home is easily accessible to local amenities such as shops, laundry, shopping malls, parks, buses, and about 50 minutes into central London via Hainault Station. Guest must send me a proof of their ID before check-in. The booking has to be paid in advance. Once this is done, I can provide my bank details. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Single Room) with Shared bathroom Very clean single bedroom with a 2 double door wardrobe,a chest of drawers, well carpeted and well ventilated Meal options are available with this host and can be arranged directly with the host after booking. Capacity: 1 Rates: 180.00 Weekly / 600.00 Monthly House Rules: 1. Guest is to provide the host with a mobile number/email prior to check-in. 2. Identification i.e passport or driver's license must be provided. 3. Shared common areas must be left clean and tidy at all times. 4. Bookings from non-smoking guests only. 5. No shoes are allowed in the house. 6. Quiet hours should be respected. 7. No parties, sleepovers, or other guests are allowed during your stay. 8. Light use of Kitchen. 9. One laundry per week on the agreed day. 10. Weekly cleaning charge of £15 applicable. 11. Guest will incur an additional charge if found to damage anything on the property. 12.
