Friendly family in London

We live in the residential area of Catford our house Is semi detached with a large garden which the kitchen opens out to. The double bedroom comes with an on suite shower room. There is a living dinning room, family bathroom and and a downstairs cloakroom toilet. There is a wash machine which guest are welcome to use. We like to have dinner parties and garden parties and we do enjoy meeting new people. Our household consists of myself, my husband our 20 year old daughter. Our home is in easy reach of transport, bus, train and DLR so easy access to the City where there is a variety of sight seeing locations. We are also close to the town centres of Bromley and Lewisaham where a variety of shops can be found. Room(s): 1. Twin Room (Double back room over looking the garden) with Ensuite bathroom Light an airy double room, recently decorated, tv, lap top with wifi, fridge, kettle and microwave. The room has a double bed a single pull out bed and a Free stand fan. Capacity: 2 Rates: 170.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Keep noise to a minimum after 10:30, we don't use bad language in our home. you are welcome to use the kitchen but please clean up after use. The living area and garden is available for you to use any time and our home is a no smoking area. There are no restriction to the time you wish to return home each evening and a front door key will be provided. Additional Info: No other persons staying over in the same room.
