Entrance door locks at 11 pm. Keep NOISE to the minimum after 10 pm, Clean bath/ shower after use. Wash kitchen utensils wipe dry and place back in same cabinet after use. Security alarm system monitoring is operational 24/7. Keep home secured close windows and lock front door when leaving the house. Switch off lights and all electrical equipment before leaving the room. Dispose your rubbish in the bins provided out side the house.
