Family time and fun in East Croydon

Four double bedroomed family home well decorated and clean. One 10 year old child left at home, my son Zak. My house is a 5 minute walk from East Croydon overground station from where you can commute to all places easily. It's within 20 minutes to London and Gatwick. I have had short stay students over the past 5 years but due to a busy life long term studying students are more appealing and I am sure will very quickly become part of our family. I also have a 23 year old daughter who visits at weekends along with my 21 year old son - food always brings them home along with love! My home is 5 minute walk from Croydon town center which is full of busy bars and restaurants. Brighton is 30 minutes on the train also. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Double bed garden view ) with Shared bathroom A double room with double bed for one person, chest of drawers, double rail for clothes, tv, internet, new bedding and quilt. Facing garden and bathroom. Capacity: 1 Rates: 160.00 Weekly / Monthly 2. Single Room (Double bedroom facing Morland Rd) with Shared bathroom Large double bedroom with tv, internet, clothes rail, blinds and wooden flooring Capacity: 1 Rates: 160.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: No strangers into the house without asking . House must always be secure by making sure always looked up safely when leaving. You are welcome to cook for yourself before 9 pm but always make sure kitchen is left clean. Minimum noise after10.30 please .Holidays can be adjusted.
