Lovely Artist Home, North London

We live in a lovely large Victorian house in fashionable Crouch End in North London, close to Finsbury Park, Crouch Hill and Haringay train stations, around 30 minutes from central London. We have 3 children in their twenties, two live nearby, one lives with us at home and we also have a dog and cat. I am a ceramic artist with a studio in central London, my husband a software engineer and our daughter still living at home is a science journalist. The property is close to a large selection of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and several parks. Guests in guest room 1 will have sole use of the bathroom and toilet which are next to their room. Guests in guest room 2 will have shared use of the family bathroom. Guests are welcome to use our kitchen/diner at no extra cost. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Guest Room 1) with Private bathroom This room is a large double room for 1 person or a couple. Guests will have sole use of the bathroom and WC which are next to the room. The room has a great view of the garden too. Capacity: 2 Rates: 280.00 Weekly / 900.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Guest Room 2) with Shared bathroom This room is a very large double room for 1 person. The room is south facing and very light. Guests will share the family bathroom. Capacity: 1 Rates: 180.00 Weekly / 650.00 Monthly House Rules: Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after! Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home! Additional Info: We double lock our front door last thing at night so please let us know if you will be out late one evening and we can leave it unlocked.
