Double Bedroom in Kings Cross

A spacious double bedroom is available in a modern, raised ground floor apartment. The flat is an approx. 10 min walk from each of Kings Cross, Farringdon & Russell Square stations. The location is great if coming to London on the Eurostar. Professionals or mature individuals are the best match as guests! It will just be myself in the apartment and I tend to be in and out quite a bit. I typically only host the odd weekend and from time to time, usually for 3 nights from Friday afternoon onwards. The bed is a king size bed with a Simba mattress. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Double Bedroom) with Shared bathroom The bedroom is located to the front of the budiling & has a comfortable king size bed with a medium to firm mattress, good natural light & in close prozimity to the bathroom. There is a built in wardrobe is you need to hang up clothes. Capacity: 2 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: This is a no smoking/vaping flat and I ask all guests to be respectful of a few simple rules. Please confirm check-in and checkout times when you book - if I can, I will accommodate earlier or later times but I can't guarantee this until closer to the time. I've no problem with people heating up food in the microwave but I don't offer access to cooking facilities as this can lead to misunderstandings as to what is fair and acceptable. There is to be little or no noise from 11pm, if you are coming in late, then please be extra quiet! Unless people are booked in, there are not to be any guests. Feel free to make yourself tea or coffee in the open plan living space. I also ask guests to be respectful of water usage during their stay, and to switch off lights on exit!
