Cosy Double Room and Single room

We live on the outskirts of London but less than 30min from the centre. Our house looks very ordinary from the outside but inside you will find plenty of space and a warm welcome. We have a small garden. We like our guests to feel part of the family, but there is no pressure to do this if you want to keep to yourself. The property is close to bus links and 10min away from Abbey Wood station where you can get regional and Queen Elizabeth Line trains. We have been hosting for eleven years and we really enjoy getting to know people from all over the world. It would be a pleasure to host you. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Double bedroom) with Shared bathroom A spacious and lovely double bedroom which fits one or two people. Next to the room is a toilet and shower room. Capacity: 2 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Double room) with Shared bathroom Double room Capacity: 2 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: We like to respect the rights of our neighbours, so we don't make a lot of noise after 9 in the evening. Sorry, but no smokers or pets. We do our best to re-cycle everything that is re-cyclable. For longer stay guests a small charge will be made for use of the washing machine.
