Residents on a 16 week + contract can have a maximum of 1 overnight guest for up to 6 nights per month. Any additional stays will be charged at £10 per night. All overnight guests must be a minimum of 18 years old and provide a valid photo ID at check-in. Any visitors which break our property rules will be asked to leave and may be prevented from entering the property in future. All utility bills – water, electricity and internet access – are included in your rent. Each property has a dedicated laundry room equipped with washing machines and dryers.
