The garden has benches, home-grown vegetables, grass, and flowers, making it a peaceful place to relax. The guest room is a spacious double bedroom with a garden view. It is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, swivel chair, chest of drawers, double wardrobe with corner shelves, storage mirror, two lamps, bedside cabinet, rugs, bin, and a hanging rail for coats. The room includes a TV with a Fire Stick, a DVD player, and a selection of books. Guests also receive complimentary soap and a wash cloth. The flat offers free WiFi, a washing machine, and a dryer.I live alone, so guests can enjoy a peaceful, quiet home with plenty of privacy. Room(s): 1. Kitchen Use The kitchen is available for light use (tea, coffee, toast). No full cooking or frying, and please avoid storing large amounts of food. Bathroom This is a shared bathroom, so please leave it clean for the next person. Showers should be 5–8 minutes to help save hot water. Please use water responsibly. LaundryOne wash per week is included. Extra washes can be arranged if needed. ElectricityPlease switch off lights when you’re not using them. No heaters or high-power devices in the bedroom. Keys & SecurityPlease keep the home secure by locking the door when coming and going. Do not copy or give keys to anyone else.
