Bright comfortable double room

I live in a very central and vibrant location. This is an area with great history and culture, as well as the best of modern facilities. I have 2 young cats; Ziggy and Wolfy and occasionally Merlin (my daughter's cat) comes to stay. The room is a bright double bedroom; with shared bathroom and separate WC. Wi-Fi I am within walking distance to British Museum, Covent Garden, British Library and much more. TRANSPORT: Many places are within walking distance. Part of the attraction of this area is its close proximity to so many key areas of London, and the wide variety of transport options available. Underground: Euston, Euston Square, Goodge Street, Warren Street, Tottenham Court Road, Russell Square and King's Cross St. Pancras. Double Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom This room is a large double room for 1-2 people. It is bright & airy. All bedding 100% cotton. Cotton towels provided. A bright and airy double room. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Quiet home. No smoking. No outdoor shoes worn inside. Please refrain from using any hair dye or nail polish/remover in the property. Damage/breakages will be charged accordingly. Replacement of lost keys £50. Please be considerate and respectful if coming in late at night (12pm curfew) as I am working during daytime and need my sleep. Please treat my home with the same respect you would want for your own. Photo ID required on arrival and payment of outstanding balance. Generally check in is after 3pm and check out 10am. No check in after 10pm (late arrival fee £50) applies. Other times by arrangement depending on my work commitments.
