No other guests are allowed over at any point other than those specified and agreed at the time of booking. The room is not suitable for children or babies, and we ask that you are 18 and over. The apartment is generally always in a clean state, and we ask that you please keep clean after using the bathroom and kitchen, as well as the bedroom. Note that this is a shared house, so there are certain cupboards and appliances that are not to be used or accessed during your stay (only the ones marked can be used, including Kettle, microwave, toaster,Light cooking accepted (please note that complimentary breakfast not included). We are a very energy & eco-conscious home, and therefore ask that our guests respectfully only consume whatever they need, and avoid things such as leaving lights on unattended and any other unnecessary usage that can otherwise be avoided.
