Welcome to my home. I live with my son and dog have been hosting for over 7 years now we live in a semi-detached house in a quiet suburban street, with a south-facing garden, patio area, parking, internet, near Hornchurch country park, close to vibrant Romford, Hornchurch, and lakeside queens hospital .with excellent transport links, London Underground station 10 mins away and the mainline 15 mins away. London city centre is 40 mins away Stratford 30 mins The area has plenty to do. both active and relaxing .theaters, leisure centres, many restaurants, nightlife, bars clubs, shopping, dog track. spa, hairdressers lovely walks. I am 45 mins from the coast. and the nearest airport. sailing, outdoor pursuits. a boating lake and a go-kart track. my house is semi-adapted for a disabled person so we have a walk-in shower (upstairs).handrails. a ramp. free parking. I'm happy to provide evening food at an extra cost, however, there are loads of places to eat and supermarkets 10 mins away on foot. *Children over 4 are welcome and very young babies. * Use of the kitchen * This needs to be arranged at the time of booking and with payment of a deposit. of £50. * use of the washing machine £5.00 per load /use of the dryer £5.00 per load * please take the time to read the information about my home and the house rules. *Payment is via PayPal at the time of booking. which is refundable up to two weeks before arrival. *for stays over 2nights there is a £50 deposit for keys and to cover any damage or loss to my property which is payable before arrival and returned at the of your stay once the room has been checked in line with government *inline with guidelines please have proof of covid vaccination. face coverings are to be worn .hand sanitisers provided. do not arrive if you are showing covid symptoms or have been in contact with it. we hope to see you soon Room(s): 1. Single Room (box room 3) with Shared bathroom this room has a single bed waldrobe desk . sleeps 1 fridge upstairs near bath room Capacity: 1 Rates: 210.00 Weekly / 900.00 Monthly House Rules: be respectful of my home after 10 pm wear earphones clean up after yourself, as you go close doors quietly no smoking, alcohol or drugs. on the property, anyone found to be under the influence will be asked to leave any remaining balance. pay for any breakages. take all your belongings when you leave there is a charge for left luggage of £20.per night limit your time in the bathroom to 10 mins, be mindful of water usage no showering after 10 PM return all keys and towels at the end of your stay. turn of unplug lights/ phones/ TVs only people that are named on the booking are permitted to enter Please inform me if you will be coming back to your room later than 10 pm check-in is 3 pm-8 pm, a late check-in fee of £20 checkout is 10 am checkouts past 10 am will be charged 100% of the nightly rate no washing/drying clothes in the bathroom or your room, payment in full via PayPal at the time of booking please no refunds from 2 weeks before your stay. due to COVID 19 please wash your hands when entering, wear face masks at all times, do not arrive if you are feeling unwell. the entire of your room and my home is fully cleaned and inspected before during and after your stay in accordance with current goverment guidelines. hand wash is provided thank you, Collette and Liam Local Amenities: Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop, Hospital, Park, Local Train Station
