We have 2 single bedrooms and a double bedroom for short-term let in a 4-bedroom flat. All furnished with beds, wardrobe with drawers, desk and chair, lamps and shelves. This is a very big flat with views to the meadows in the living room. Bedding, linens provided; towels can be provided on request. We are 1 block from the meadows, 10 minute walk from the Royal Mile, and 15 minutes from Princes Street. Local amenities: post office, ATM, bank, cinema, shops and restaurant all within walking distance. Also 5 minutes from Edinburgh College of Art, and 10~15 minutes from Edinburgh University. Ideal for travel, short-term studies, or just a taste for the Edinburgh lifestyle. Price list: Single rooms: Minimum 3 nights, £20 per room per night or £125 per week. Double room: Minimum 3 nights, if single occupancy £25 per night, double occupancy £30 per night. Single occupancy £155 per week, double occupancy £185 per week. All prices include bed and breakfast (self-served), all bills and utilities, shared kitchen, living room and family bathrooms, free uses of washing machine, free wireless internet access and cable tv all inclusive.
