My home is a 4 bed semi-detached, in a very nice location close to Heathrow and one minute bus stop. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 3) with Shared bathroom This is a spacious airy single facing south with lots of light and backing the garden. Very lovely cosy room and privacy. The guest will love staying in our house. Capacity: 1 Rates: 324.50 Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly House Rules: Keep the house tidy, no extra guests, no loud music, wash after you any utilities, no pets, no practising of religious activities in the house. Payment rules: Please note that we require our guests to pay 25% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com). And also to pay the rest in on arrival. Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.” Thank you.
