If you wish to move out late, you are free to use our communal areas. You can extend your stay, but you can not shorten your stay. No Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected. Guests are allowed. Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions. We recommend that you have renters insurance. Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential. You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.
