In addition to our natural surroundings, we offer a professional music studio that has been used by artists from around the world. Guests can rent the studio at a reduced price during their stay, and we hope to host jam sessions, recording sessions, and concerts in the future. For those who love the outdoors, we offer hikes in the surrounding mountains and the option to rent a buggy to explore the area's mountain roads. Our main house features 15 rooms, while the property as a whole boasts a total of 36 bedrooms, 4 living rooms, 3 dining rooms, 4 kitchens, and 2 roofed outdoor areas, as well as 9 fireplaces to keep you cozy on chilly nights. In the garden, guests can enjoy a variety of activities, including minigolf, sand volleyball, and fotbal golf. There's also a dam stocked with over 100 goldfish, as well as plenty of private spaces for relaxation. We even have about 80 grape vines and 30 fruit trees, as well as areas for growing your own vegetables. Come and experience the beauty and tranquility of our property. Do I have to clean the room when I check out? We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Please note that additional charges do apply. It is impossible to say since we are open to all people from all walks of life. But the guests we want to attract are musicians and songwriters. You are allowed to check-in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate. If you wish to check out late, you are free to use our communal areas. Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected. Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight. Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions. We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own. Storage lockers and parking are additional costs. The common areas come fully furnished. Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential. You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy. No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food. There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience. Entire and deep cleaning is carried out every week, including linen and towel changes. We would expect and appreciate it that you clean up after yourself if you make any excessive mess. We have laundry machines available to everyone.
