Do I have to clean the room when I check out? We love pets but they´re not allowed in our coliving. Yes, couples are allowed. Yes, we have a coworking space, a living room and a dinning room that are completely separated from our suites. You can work from any of these common areas but we highly recommend the coworking space. You roommates are young professionals from 25 to 35 years old who are looking for an out of the ordinary rent experience in Madrid. Yes, you will have full privacy in your room. Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight. Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions. 30 working days after your check-out, the deposit is refunded. We are flexible, with 45 days advance notice you can shorten or extend. It´s possible, depends on availability. We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own. The common areas come fully furnished. Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential. You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy. No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food. There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience. Entire and deep cleaning is carried out every week, including linen and towel changes. We would expect and appreciate it that you clean up after yourself if you make any excessive mess.
