Hi! I’m renting out a room in a cozy two-bedroom apartment. I live in the other bedroom, so we'll share the common areas during your stay (living and dining area, kitchen, and bathroom). I’m a quiet and easy-going person, and I like to keep a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere at home. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and was renovated three years ago, so most of the facilities are modern and in very good condition. Bed linen and towels are included in the price, as well as laundry detergent and cleaning products for your room. The apartment is conveniently located close to everything you might need. Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find a shopping center, metro station, pharmacy, supermarkets, and other shops and services. Room(s): 1. Guests are responsible for cleaning the room; cleaning products are provided. Capacity: 1 Rates: 165.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Guests are responsible for keeping their room clean and tidy. Cleaning products will be provided. Visitors are not allowed in the apartment. Shared areas should be respected and left clean and tidy after use. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
