The Apartment and the rooms are totally designed and furnished with style by our team of interior designers. We only accept mid-term stays for students and young professionals for home use. Under any circumstances, we don't take touristic stays. The tenant must pay directly with the property manager at the latest within 48 hours immediately after the reservation is confirmed a deposit of 1,000 that will be returned at the end of their contract, deducting 300 as a non-returnable service fee. The maximum contract length is 6 months, extensible as many times as you wish. Each admin fee extension is 60. These rooms are not suitable for couples. Bedroom with Wardrobe, Chest of Drawers, Desk, Chairs, Bed Linen, and Lock. Chairs, Fridge, Freezer, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Washing Machine, and Table in kitchen.
