There are 31 beds, elevator access, and an amazing communal rooftop. There is even a large communal space at street level that will be ready in fall 2020 and will feature coworking space, lounge, and more. All units are furnished with the essentials and equipped for you to move-in. - Your Own Suite We offer three different types of suites across our shared units. Suites are available with either a private or a shared bathroom. - Cleaning included We offer weekly cleaning of all private and communal spaces. While we don't have a specific credit score requirement, we recommend that your monthly rent not exceed 40% of your income. This guideline helps ensure that you can comfortably manage your living expenses while maintaining financial security. We believe in promoting a healthy balance between your income and housing costs, allowing you to fully enjoy your experience without financial strain. We understand that the security deposit is an important aspect of your living experience. Rest assured, we aim to process the refund in a timely manner. Typically, security deposits are returned within 30 days from the date of your departure, provided that everything is in order after the inspection of the premises. Our team will carefully assess the condition of the space to ensure there are no damages or outstanding charges. If everything checks out, we will promptly refund your security deposit. We prioritize transparency and efficiency in this process to ensure a smooth transition for our residents. Couples are not allowed in the Coliving apartments (shared flats). If you're renting a Private Apartment with a friend, rent cannot be split as the monthly rent needs to be paid entirely. We have a Coworking space and a rooftop with views. Yes, every week. Our dedicated team takes care of the cleaning process for you, ensuring that the room is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the next resident. Absolutely! All apartments come with a shared kitchen where you and your flatmates can prepare and enjoy meals together. We understand the importance of having a functional and well-equipped kitchen as a central hub for culinary creativity and social interactions. Therefore, apart from your monthly rent, there are no extra costs or hidden fees to worry about. Visitors are allowed, both during the day and at night, as long as it doesn't inconvenience your roommates. We kindly ask that visitors stay no more than 7 nights per month to maintain the integrity of the coliving experience.
